AIMA National Gathering 2026 at Bhubaneswar: A Grand Confluence of Leadership, Culture, and Unity

The All India Malayalee Association is all set to witness one of its most significant national gatherings as the National Executive Council (NEC) Meet, National General Council (NGC) Meet, and Annual Day Public Function are scheduled to be held on 18th and 19th July 2026 at the beautiful city of Bhubaneswar. Organized by the AIMA Odisha State Unit, the event promises to be a memorable blend of leadership discussions, organizational planning, cultural celebration, and national integration.

Known as the “Temple City of India,” Bhubaneswar has been selected by the AIMA Central Committee as the host destination for this prestigious national event. The gathering is expected to bring together office bearers, representatives, and members from across the country, strengthening the spirit of unity and cooperation among Malayalees living in different states of India.

The two-day national event will officially commence on 18th July 2026 from 2:00 PM onwards and continue through 19th July 2026. The official venue for the proceedings will be the renowned KIIT Auditorium, a modern and prestigious venue well-equipped to host large-scale national programs.

The NEC and NGC meetings are expected to focus on important organizational matters, future projects, membership growth, welfare initiatives, and strengthening the national presence of AIMA. These meetings serve as a platform where leaders and representatives from various state units can discuss policies, review activities, and shape the future direction of the organization.

Reception teams will begin assisting delegates from the early morning of 17th July 2026 and continue through the event period.

Transit support and local cab coordination will also be arranged on a self-payment basis for delegates arriving by air or train. Assistance for local sightseeing and city visits may also be arranged upon prior request.


Comfortable Accommodation for NEC & NGC Members

The host committee has reserved premium accommodation facilities near the event venue for NEC and NGC members. The hosts will bear the accommodation expenses for any two nights between 16th and 19th July 2026.

Delegates requiring additional stay arrangements beyond the complimentary period can avail accommodation on a payment basis with prior intimation. Dedicated accommodation committee members will assist guests regarding room allocation, room sharing, and stay coordination.

To ensure seamless arrangements, all delegates are requested to submit their finalized travel itinerary, including arrival and departure details, on or before 20th June 2026.
