The Kerala Cartoon Academy, in collaboration with the All India Malayalee Association (AIMA), is organizing a state-level Anti-Drug Cartoon Competition. This initiative targets school and college students as well as young cartoonists, aiming to raise awareness and combat drug abuse through creative expression.

Objective

The purpose of this contest is to promote awareness about the harmful effects of drug use. Cartoons are a compelling medium to deliver strong messages, especially among youth. Through this competition, young minds are encouraged to express their views against drug abuse in a creative and socially impactful way.

Categories

Participants will compete in two age-based groups:

  • Junior Category: Up to 17 years of age
  • Senior Category: 18 to 25 years of age

Participants must submit a government-issued document as age proof along with their entries.

Entry Guidelines

  • Each participant can submit a maximum of three cartoons.
  • All cartoons must be based on anti-drug themes.
  • Each entry must include:
    • Full Name
    • Age
    • Complete Postal Address
    • Contact Number

  • Deadline for submission: July 4, 2025

Prizes and Recognition

Winners from both categories will receive the following cash prizes:
