AIMA News Crosses 4,508 Subscribers: A New Era Begins!

In the ever-evolving landscape of community communications, AIMA News has emerged as a remarkable success story. What began as a modest effort to bring together Malayalees across India has now blossomed into a dynamic, fast-growing news platform trusted by thousands. With immense pride and gratitude, we share that AIMA News has now crossed the milestone of 4,508 subscribers — an achievement that signals a new chapter in our journey.
The Vision Behind AIMA News
The All India Malayalee Association (AIMA) has always believed in the power of information to unify people. With state units spread across the country, AIMA recognized the need for a common platform where all activities — from cultural celebrations to charity drives — could be showcased in real-time to a national audience.
Thus, AIMA News was born — to capture, convey, and celebrate the vibrant and inspiring initiatives of Malayalees across India. Our goal was simple: “No event should go unnoticed; no effort should remain unappreciated.”
Early Days: Challenges and Determination
When AIMA News was launched, we had humble beginnings. Only 326 subscribers joined us initially. With limited resources, no professional newsroom, no studio, and no paid reporters, creating a news telecast that looked credible and engaging was a real challenge.
Despite these constraints, the passion of our members, coupled with innovative use of technology, kept the flame alive. However, due to a shortage of subscribers and limited reach, we made the difficult decision to temporarily halt regular news telecasts.
Yet, we remained determined, using the break to strategize, improve our methods, and patiently wait for the right moment to reignite the mission.
Phenomenal Growth: A Community Effort
Fast forward to today, AIMA News has grown exponentially to 4,508 subscribers!
This growth is not just about numbers — it reflects the trust, engagement, and loyalty of the Malayalee community across India. It shows that when a community comes together with a shared vision, no hurdle is too big.
Without a dedicated studio or field reporters, AIMA News today mirrors the energy and professionalism of a traditional TV news channel — a feat made possible only through the intelligent use of technology, volunteer contributions, and the collective spirit of our members.
Every report, every telecast, and every update is a reflection of the people’s will — and proof that innovation, when combined with dedication, can overcome the limitations of resources.
A Fresh Start: Two News Bulletins a Day
With a robust subscriber base, we are thrilled to announce the relaunch of regular telecasts starting next week!
From now onwards, two news bulletins will be broadcasted daily — one in the morning and one in the evening.
These bulletins will:
- Cover updates from state units across India
- Highlight major events, charity initiatives, and achievements
- Share upcoming programs and important community announcements
- Feature interviews, success stories, and inspiring community leaders
By delivering timely and engaging news twice a day, we aim to bring AIMA members and the broader Malayalee community even closer together, no matter where they are in India.
Why Your Support Matters
None of this would have been possible without the support of each and every one of you. Your belief in AIMA News has been our strongest foundation.
Now, as we step into a new phase, we humbly seek your continued support:
- Watch the bulletins regularly
- Share them within your networks
- Promote AIMA News in your communities and on social media
- Send in updates and news from your units so we can feature them
Together, we can strengthen this platform, celebrate our culture, and inspire future generations of Malayalees across India.

It reminds us that when passion meets purpose, success follows naturally.
With the re-launch of daily news bulletins, a new era of communication and connection begins for the AIMA family.
