Empowering Women, Children & others Through Yoga

The Women’s Wing of the All India Malayalee Association (AIMA) Uttar Pradesh Unit, under the leadership of its Convener, Smt. Deepthi Nair, initiated a “Free Yoga Training” program to promote physical and mental well-being among women and children and others. The program was flagged off with great enthusiasm, marking the beginning of a wellness journey for the participants.

Guidance by an Experienced Yoga Instructor

The training is being led by Smt. Moly S Nair, a dedicated yoga practitioner, who will guide participants through various asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Lady members Prabha Rajan, Sumi Nimil, Prena, Sreeja, Nessy, Anju, and Radha actively engaged in the training, embracing yoga as a step toward a healthier lifestyle.
