2025 Awardee: Layona Anna Binu – A Beacon of Excellence

The recipient of this year’s Paul Diclause Memorial State Educational Excellence Award is Ms. Layona Anna Binu, a remarkably talented student from Delhi Public School, Faridabad. Layona has achieved an exceptional score of 98.2%, securing 491 out of 500 marks in the Class 12 CBSE Board Examinations (2025). She pursued subjects such as English, Accountancy, Mathematics, Business Studies, and Economics, and consistently demonstrated academic discipline and dedication. Residing at Orion 505, Omaxe Heights, Sector 86, Faridabad, Layona is the daughter of Mr. Binu Thomas, who is employed in the service sector. Her outstanding performance is not only a personal milestone but also a proud achievement for the entire Malayalee community in Haryana. Layona’s journey reflects the values of perseverance, excellence, and leadership, making her a deserving honouree of this prestigious award.
