The All India Malayalee Association (AIMA), Bihar Chapter, is delighted to invite all members and well-wishers to its 7th Annual General Meeting, a significant event that celebrates progress, fosters unity, and charts the future of the Malayalee community in Bihar. The meeting will take place on 22nd June 2025 (Sunday) at 6:30 PM at Orchid Restaurant, Hari Niwas Complex, Dak Bungalow, Patna.

Presided over by Shri Jose Thomas, President of AIMA Bihar, this AGM serves as a platform for reflection, collaboration, and expansion as the association continues to grow and reach new areas of the state.

  2. Presidential Address
    – By Shri Jose Thomas, outlining the association’s achievements, vision, and future course.
  3. Approval of Minutes from Previous AGM
    – For formal ratification of the last meeting’s proceedings.
  4. Presentation and Adoption of the Annual Report
    – By Shri Binu K Jose, highlighting key activities, programs, and milestones of the past year.
  5. Presentation and Adoption of the Financial Report
    – Review of the association’s finances and transparency in operations.
  6. Expansion of the Executive Committee
    – Proposal to include new EC members from additional regions of Bihar to enhance outreach and participation.
  7. Other Items with Permission of the Chair
    – Open floor for relevant discussions and suggestions from members.
