1. Approval of Working and Financial Reports
The meeting commenced with the presentation and subsequent approval of the Working Report and Financial Report. This step reaffirmed the unit’s transparency and operational discipline.
2. Continuation of “Food for Needy” Activities
The house agreed to continue the Food for Needy activities twice a month, a decision that strengthens AIMA Odisha’s social responsibility initiatives and community outreach.
3. Announcement of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the AIMA Odisha State Unit was scheduled for 04th May 2025. This AGM will serve as a platform for deeper discussions and future action plans.
4. Initial Discussion: “One School under AIMA” Initiative
An exciting proposal was placed before the committee: Implementing one school under AIMA Odisha with support from Kerala Kala Samiti, Bhubaneswar.
