A Fruitful Gathering of Leaders and Members – April 11, 2025

The All India Malayalee Association (AIMA) Kerala State Committee successfully conducted the Ernakulam Region Meeting on April 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the elegant Hotel Gokulam Park, Kaloor. The event was marked by inspiring speeches, active participation, and a renewed sense of unity and commitment to the association’s goals.


Presidential Address by State President A.K. Prashanth

The meeting was presided over by Shri A. K. Prashanth, the State President of AIMA Kerala. In his presidential address, he emphasized the importance of regional coordination, grassroots-level participation, and the need for collaborative efforts to strengthen the association’s activities in Kerala.


Inauguration by National President Gokulam Gopalan

The gathering was formally inaugurated by Shri Gokulam Gopalan, the National President of AIMA. In his inaugural address, he shared his vision for a more inclusive and active AIMA across the country, with a special focus on empowering regional units. He applauded the Kerala team for their proactive initiatives and highlighted the importance of such meetings in strengthening the bond among members.


Keynote by National General Secretary K. R. Manoj

Shri K. R. Manoj, the National General Secretary, delivered a detailed presentation on the ongoing and upcoming initiatives under the banner of “AIMA”. He explained the mission, current activities, and future roadmap of the organization. His insightful session provided clarity on how members can contribute meaningfully to the collective growth of AIMA.


Special Addresses by National Leaders

Several distinguished leaders from the national team also graced the occasion and shared their thoughts:

  • Anitha Palari, Chairperson, AIMA National Women’s Wing, emphasized the role of women in community upliftment and shared updates on upcoming women-centric initiatives.
  • V. P. Sukumaran, National Secretary, appreciated the Kerala unit’s commitment and called for more collaborative programs between the state and national units.
  • C. Chandran, National Advisor, offered guidance based on his vast experience and highlighted the need for continuous member engagement.

Warm Welcome and Gratitude

The meeting commenced with a warm welcome speech by Ravindran Poyilur, State Secretary, who expressed his gratitude to all the dignitaries and members present. The vote of thanks was delivered by P. Manojkumar, Joint Secretary, who acknowledged the efforts of every individual who made the event a grand success.
