AIMA Women’s Wing of Northern State Units to Host a Grand Celebration Honoring Women on International Women’s Day

To celebrate their unwavering spirit, an exclusive event will be organized by the Women’s Wing of the Northern State Units (Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana & Rajasthan), bringing together eminent personalities, experts, and achievers from different walks of life. The event will feature insightful discussions, empowering talks, and an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding women.

Session-1: Cancer Awareness Session

The event will commence with an essential discussion on cancer awareness, highlighting the importance of early detection, prevention, and treatment.

  • The session will begin with a warm welcome, setting an insightful and informative tone.
  • Smt. Deepthi Nair will introduce the topic of cancer awareness and emphasize the need for proactive health measures.
  • Dr. Anshuman Kumar, Director of Surgical Oncology at Dharamshilla Narayana Superspecialty Hospital & Cancer Centre, will deliver a compelling presentation on cancer, sharing valuable insights on diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
  • To honor his contributions to the medical field, Dr. Anshuman Kumar will be felicitated with a shawl and memento by Shri KR Manoj, General Secretary of AIMA.
