- Contact the AIMA Uttar Pradesh Executive Members (Screening Committee): Interested candidates should reach out to the following Executive Members to obtain the official application form: Shri Mathew Jose, Shri Pathiyoor Ravi, Shri Nithyanandan & Smt. Deepthi Nair.
These members will assist in providing the necessary details and help guide applicants through the process.
- Fill out the Application Form: The form asks for detailed information regarding the applicant’s contributions, leadership roles, perseverance, and societal impact.
- Sub-Committee Review: After the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Selection Committee, which consists of the above-mentioned Executive Members. This sub-committee will evaluate the submissions based on merit, achievements, and impact nd the same will be presented before Executive Committee for Finalization.
- Shortlisting Process: The most deserving candidate will be shortlisted, and the final winner will be chosen for the prestigious award.

Please give A nomination facility in such awards. Any second peraon can nominate a name with relevent documents / data. Most of people dont want to give self nomination. In such case a nomination by another peraon is best option.
